Why C2P exists

One contact, because five was the problem.

After more than 20 years in the trade, and working directly with letting agents and property managers, I kept seeing the same problem: too much of their time was spent chasing contractors, arranging access and following up on jobs that should have been straightforward.

I set up C2P to take that problem off their desk: one contact who takes ownership of the job from the first call to the final update.

Stocked before anyone touches it. The van carries the parts for the jobs we get asked for most, so a tap or a cistern is usually a one-visit fix rather than a return trip.
